
Billie Dean Tucker Jr., 55, of Oak Grove, MO, died Monday, March 28, 2022.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Marshall with Fr. Christopher Aubuchon officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Born October 20, 1966 in Marshall, he was the son of Bill Tucker and Wanda Eddy Tucker who survive of rural Marshall. Billie attended St. Peter Catholic School, was a 1985 graduate of Marshall High School, a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and a 3rd Degree Member of Knights of Columbus Council 876. On June 20, 1987, at the Old Tavern in Arrow Rock, MO, he married Robin Ragan who survives of the home. Immediately following graduation, Billie went to work for the Missouri Department of Transportation and worked for them until he retired in 2016 after 31 years of service and was currently employed with Burns and McDonnell. Billie and Robin raised their son and two daughters and were blessed with six grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, riding his motorcycle, and playing softball.
Billie is survived by his wife, Robin, of the home; his parents, Bill and Wanda, of rural Marshall; his children, Chris Tucker and his daughter Kaylei of Higginsville, Katelyn Walter and her children Karmen, Kole, and Alexis of rural Marshall, and Mikayla Byersdorf and her children Eden and Gabriel of Oak Grove; his father-in-law, Bill Ragan of Marshall; one brother and his two children; a special nephew, Josh Hundley and family; a special niece, Crystal Markes and family; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, his beloved grandma, Mary Kathleen Eddy and Charles Eddy; his paternal grandparents, Faye and Hadley Tucker; and his mother-in-law, Bobbie Jean Ragan.
