An area law-enforcement agency is asking for help from the public in locating a woman with an active warrant.

According to the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, 37-year-old Summer L. Findley is wanted for failure to appear for delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Findley is described as white and about 5-foot-2 and 130 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Findley is urged to contact the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit; or, if outside of Sedalia, contact your local law-enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous.

Authorities say you should not take any police action yourself.
