State Senator Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, recently discussed House Bill 1720, legislation that relates to agriculture; and House Bill 2502 and Senate Bill 643, both of which relate to sports betting.

Senator Hoskins says House Bill 1720 relates to agriculture.

Senator Hoskins adds agriculture is Missouri’s No. 1 industry.

Senator Hoskins also says there is a difference between House Bill 2502 and his Senate Bill 643, both of which relate to sports betting.

Senator Hoskins says he believes this funding would be beneficial for education.

Hoskins currently represents citizens in Saline, Carroll, Howard, Johnson and Lafayette Counties in the KMMO listening area.
