
A Johnson County Household Hazardous Waste Collection event is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16.
According to county officials, some materials will not be accepted- explosives; ammunition; tires; latex paint; asbestos; smoke alarms; radioactive waste; unlabeled items; and medical waste (human or animal).
