Hiring 2 full time positions:

Will train right person with maintenance proficiencies, must live within 15-mile radius to Marshall, MO due to ability to respond when on-call.

Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician:  Building & grounds maintenance and inventory control are primary responsibilities.  Working with vendors, supplies, common areas & grounds, outside of the units themselves are main duty. Job additionally involves all aspects of maintenance at Marshall Housing Authority.  Will share on call duties, snow removal, all aspects where team is supported.

Maintenance Technician: Job involves all aspects of maintenance at Marshall Housing Authority.  Work orders in occupied rooms are primary responsibilities. Must have knowledge of all general building maintenance including, but not limited to, housing structure, painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, lighting, and industry standard.

Both positions are Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 4:00 PM.  Will share on call duties, normally 1 week on, 2 weeks off.

A criminal background and driving record check must be completed before hire. An official Housing Authority application can be completed or a resume submitted.
