During the Marshall School Board meeting on Wednesday, April 20, President Bryon Jacques clarified the board positions that were up for grabs during the Municipal Election on April 5.

The board voted to accept the results, which included Jack Lenz Jr. defeating incumbent Eddie Harper 300 to 218 for the one-year seat and Harry Carrell and Brad Shepard earning the three-year seats, as they ran unopposed.

Following the approval of the results, the board elected officers.

Jacques will remain for another year as president and Matt Smith as vice president; Dr. Erin Meyer was elected as treasurer; Linda Perkins as secretary; and Ellen Lance as MSBA delegate and Carrell as MSBA alternate.
