The Carrollton Town Council considered a possible expansion to the Rupe Center using ARPA funds during its meeting on Monday, May 2.

City Administrative Assistant Terry Bell said the council tabled the discussion for a future meeting to consider using funds to help other entities.

Bell said the council also approved a bill to amend the Liquor Ordinance.

In other news, Bell said the council received an update for a grant project for downtown revitalization.
