A human skull was recovered near the Missouri River in Saline County on Friday, April 29.

According to a report from the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to the report of an individual locating human remains in the 29900 block of Route F in Miami.

No other remains were located at or near the scene. The remains are under investigation in conjunction with the coroner’s office.
