With the area receiving excessive rainfall over the last day or so, there are some roadways closed in the KMMO listening area.

According to MoDOT, the closures are in Saline, Johnson and Lafayette Counties.

Highway 127 north of Sweet Springs at Salt Pond Creek in Saline County is closed.

Highway 23 between Concordia and Knob Noster at Blackwater River in Johnson County is closed.

And Route FF, north of I-70 at Sni-A-Bar Creek in Lafayette County is closed.
