Residents are invited to help celebrate the opening of the Warrensburg Visitors Center at its interim location from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25.

A news release says the Warrensburg Visitors Center recently moved from its location on Russell Avenue to the Municipal Center at 200 South Holden Street.

The community is being welcomed back into the center with an open-house event titled, “Donut-Cha Know We Moved?”. Residents are invited to enjoy donuts and refreshments- including coffee, juice and water.

Officials say, “We are very excited to be back in downtown Warrensburg close to many local businesses and organizations. We have quickly gotten back to work spreading our message, “Small Town + Big Soul” to our travelers and local citizens and cannot wait to see what the summer has in store. Summertime in the Burg is always an exciting time, and this open-house event is the start of an amazing season here at the WCVB.”
