Some streets in Marshall were milled starting last week. Some are still being milled, while others are waiting to be paved.

Councilman Dan Brandt gave an update on the street work during the council meeting on Monday, May 16.

Brandt also noted yard waste hasn’t always been picked up on time. But he asks residents to be patient.

In other news, councilman Robert Ashford noted the next Board of Code Enforcement is scheduled to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 27, at the City Office Building at 214 North Lafayette Avenue.
