
Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri and Co-Mo Electric Cooperative (Co-Mo) have filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission approval of an agreement between the two electric service providers as well as a territorial agreement between the two.
A press release says the territorial agreement designates the boundaries of a portion of the electric service area of Ameren Missouri and Co-Mo in a portion of Cooper, Cole and Moniteau Counties (near Boonville; west of Centertown; and southwest of California High School).
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than June 15, 2022, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.
