The Concordia Board of Aldermen looked at a demolition bid during its meeting on Monday, June 6.

Aldermen looked at bids for for the demolition of the former water filter facility. City Administrator Dale Klussman said the board awarded the bid to Dehn Demolition.

The board also authorized the purchase of a trench safety box for water line repairs.

In other news, the board authorized the police department to submit a grant for four radio extenders to allow portable radios to communicate when inside of metal buildings.
