
An area health department is informing the public about an uptick in active COVID-19 cases.
According to Johnson County Community Health Services, officials say they have seen a recent rise in positive COVID-19 cases.
There currently are 69 active cases in the county- including 39 in Warrensburg, 11 in Kingsville, seven in Holden and five in Knob Noster. There also are seven active cases in the rest of the county.
