An area high school student is a Bright Flight Scholar.

According to Northwest R-5 Administrators, Kristen Streck has earned the honor.

*Bright Flight is achieved with a qualifying ACT score of 31, which is the top five percent of students in the nation taking the ACT.

*Streck’s composite ACT score of 33 out of 36 put her in the top two percent of students who took the ACT nationally.

*Streck also attained a subject area score of 35 out of 36 that put her in the top one percent of students in the nation for that subject area.
