
In her final report as superintendent of Marshall Public Schools at the school board meeting on Monday, June 27, Dr. Carol Maher went through a list of what she called “Untold Success Stories.”
Dr. Maher, who began her tenure in the 2014-15 academic year as the interim superintendent and has been full-time superintendent since the 2015-16 academic year, said she’s proud of the alternative programs at Northwest School.
Dr. Maher also talked about the teacher and principal evaluation system.
Dr. Maher also included emphasis on adult learning.
Moving forward, Dr. Maher also talked about financial options for facility improvements in the district.
Dr. Maher’s last day as superintendent will be Thursday, June 30. Caleb Petet will begin his tenure as superintendent on July 1.
