The Department of Economic Development (DED) has completely digitized the Historic Preservation Tax Credit (HTC) Program and improved agency-to-agency collaboration by implementing Submittable. Submittable is a software used to accept online applications and forms, as well as to review information and communicate with applicants.
A press release says DED is scheduled to host a training workshop for HTC stakeholders and customers from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, via WebEx.
During the workshop, the HTC program team is slated to cover how to use Submittable for:
· The final application process;
· Excess credits; and
· Submittable pain points and answers to common problems.
