The Concordia Board of Aldermen discussed setting a date for a public hearing for tax levy during its meeting on Monday, July 18.

City Administrator Dale Klussman said the board agreed to hold the public hearing in August.

The board also reviewed the submitted Missouri Department of Natural Resources grant applications. Klussman said three applications were submitted; one for water improvements, one for sewer improvements, and one for lead services.
