The Missouri Department of Transportation has planned general highway maintenance and construction work the in the Northwest Missouri region for the week of August 8-14.

All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.

In Carroll County:

-Route E is closed for a bridge replacement project at the Turkey Creek Bridge between Route D and Route PP, through mid-August.
-Route V is closed for a bridge replacement project at the Miami Station Bridge though mid-September.
-Route B is scheduled to be closed for pothole patching from County Road 263 to U.S. Highway 65 from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. August 8-12.
-Route 10 is scheduled to be closed for pothole patching from August 8-12.
-Route F is scheduled to be closed for a culvert replacement from County Road 140 to County Road 130 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 11; and from County 120 to County Road 130 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 12.

In Chariton County:

-Route HH is scheduled to be closed for pothole patching from Route W to Route 129 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 8.
-Route P is scheduled to be closed for a culvert replacement from Cropp Road to Puzzle Lane from 8 a.m. ro 12 p.m. August 8.
-Route KK is scheduled to be closed for pothole patching from Route 5 to route WW from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 9.
-Route JJ is scheduled to have permit work from Route E to John Roth Road from August 9-12. The road will be narrowed to one lane with flaggers guiding motorists through the work zone.
-Route WW is scheduled to be closed for pothole patching from Route KK to the end of maintenance from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 10; and from Route KK to Route 5 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 11.
-Route 129 is scheduled to have bridge maintenance at the East Fork Little Chariton River on August 11.

Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work.
