Care Connection for Aging Services is hosting a Hypertension Control class for adults 60 or older.

The course is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m. Fridays from September 23 to November 11 online on the Zoom platform. The sessions are 90 minutes each and are free.

A news release says the aim of the course is to improve hypertension self-management through small-group educational sessions and support offered by trained Health Coaches.
