Jennifer A. “Jenny” Bredehoeft, 54, of Emma, MO, died Friday, August 19, 2022, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Emma, with Pastor Jacob Mueller officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Born July 31, 1968, in Austin, MN, she was the daughter of Steven J. Peterson of Rochester, MN and Tamera R. Brown Persell Schott of Northfield, MN. She grew up in the Minnesota and South Dakota area. On July 5, 1997, she married Bradley Bredehoeft and their marriage combined their four children. Jennifer was always interested in one day becoming a pilot or an archaeologist but instead she chose to become a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed entertaining, was known for her laugh and wit, and loved to be around her friends and family. Jennifer lived for her grandchildren.

Grateful for sharing in Jennifer’s life are her husband Bradley of the home; one daughter, Kendra (Mueller) Wilt of Emma; three sons, Kullen Mueller of Britton, SD, Michael Bredehoeft (Jackie) of Emma and Eric Bredehoeft (Allison) of Emma; several grandchildren; four siblings, Tim Persell Sr. (Diane) of Higginsville, MO, Edward I. Persell of Waseca, MN, Richard Lane III (Janel) of Forest Lake, MN, and Jon Lane (Mary) of Sweet Springs; sister-in-law, Betty Persell of Sweet Springs; mother-in-law, Phyllis Bredehoeft of Sedalia; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends.

Jenny was preceded in death by one brother, Steve Persell; her father-in-law, Lawayne Paul “Joe” Bredehoeft; and sister-in-law, Jill Elaine Bredehoeft Murry.
