The City of Marshall is scheduled to conduct a drawing by lot to determine the winner of the election for Council Member Ward IV.

A release says the drawing will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, August 26 in the Council Chambers of the City Office Building located at 214 North Lafayette Avenue in Marshall.
