A 59-year-old Iowa woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Johnson County on Monday, August 5.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when a vehicle driven Debbie Marmon collided with a vehicle driven by Alan Troyer as he attempted to make a U-turn.

Marmon was transported by Johnson County EMS to Western Missouri Medical Center with serious injuries. Troyer was not injured.

The crash occurred at 5:06 p.m. on Highway 23 in Johnson County.
