Emily Elaine Igo Moore, 100, of Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at her home.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 9, 2022, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall with Rev. Born February 16, 1922, in Saline County, MO, she was the daughter of the late Edward John Staub Sr. and Susie Sevier Copeland Staub.  Emily lived in Saline County her entire life where she was a 1940 graduate of Napton High School.  On August 21, 1941, she married Samuel Dennis Igo who preceded her in death on April 30, 1991.  In 1997, she married O.D. Moore who preceded her in death in 2000.  Emily’s life revolved around her family and she dedicated her life to them.  She was a wonderful homemaker for her family and was a talented seamstress.

Survivors include two children, Donna Zahn of Marshall and Sam Igo (Melody) of rural Marshall; two grandsons, David Igo (Angela) and Chris Igo (Katie); five great-grandchildren: Cole, Ashlynn, Hayden, Nolan and Kolt; a sister-in-law, Iola Staub of Lee’s Summit, and her daughter, Jo Genser (Dale).

In addition to her parents and husbands, Emily was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Edward Zahn; and two brothers, James Nicholas Staub and Edward Staub Jr.
