Patricia Sue Barnett, 83, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Friday, September 9, 2022, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Sweet Springs with Kris Raven officiating.  Burial will follow in Carroll Memory Gardens Cemetery in Carrollton.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorials are suggested to the charity of donor’s choice and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born November 11, 1938, in Wakenda, MO, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Bock and Velma Winfrey Bock.  Pat was raised in the Carrollton area where she was a 1956 graduate of Carrollton High School.  On May 3, 1958, she married Dave Barnett who preceded her in death on September 10, 2006.  Dave served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany where he and Pat lived until he was honorably discharged in 1961.  They later made their home in House Springs, MO, and after they retired in 1997 they moved to Lebanon, MO.  Dave and Pat both enjoyed fishing at Bennett Springs as well as spending winters in Donna, TX, for nearly 20 years.  After the loss of her husband, and wanting to be close to family, Pat moved to Sweet Springs in 2019.

She is survived by her brother, Ted Bock (Marilyn) of Sweet Springs; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Lyon and Judy Baldwin; and one brother, Doyle Bock.
