The Saline County Commission approved an appointment to the Workforce Development Board during its meeting on Wednesday, September 28.

Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said the commission decided to appoint Angie Littrell to the board.

The commission approved the appointment.

In other news from the meeting, the commission considered a motion to approve a letter of support for broadband infrastructure.

Commissioners approved the motion.
