The Marshall City Council had an open format session with many residents on Thursday, October 13.

City Administrator J.D. Kehrman explained in the forum the difficulty retaining drivers and the city taking another look at RTS Trash Service to contract out trash collection.

A majority of Marshall residents on hand wanted the city to keep trash service in house.

The next meeting will take place on Monday, October 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the city office building.
