Saline County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a threat to Marshall High School on the evening of October 16.
According to Sheriff Cindi Mullins the threat came from a student on social media stating “don’t come to school tomorrow.”
Authorities did an assessment of the situation and found no viable threat.
Marshall School Superintendent Caleb Petet stated that the school has taken extra precautions but the school remains open and there are no changes to this week’s schedule.
