The Marshall City Council approved an agreement with Burns and McDonnell Engineering on phase three improvements to the North Street Pump Station during its meeting on Monday, October 17.

Marshall Municipal Utilities General Manager Jeff Bergstrom informed the council that the Marshall Board of Public Works had approved the motion of the design-build agreement and reported the cost of the project.

Total cost of the project is $3,417,160. The council unanimously approved.
