A Sedalia man was charged with felony harassment in Pettis County on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

According to a probable cause statement, a Sedalia Police Officer was dispatched to 102 East Tenth Street to a report of 30-year-old Seth Farr trespassing. Farr had already been arrested for trespassing on the property on November, 24 2022.

Upon arrival, Sedalia Police observed Farr on the western side of the residence. The homeowner was pushing Farr off the property and given that Farr had been recently arrested there, officers detained him.

Farr stated that a friend lived at the residence and that he wanted to come back and talk to her. Farr stated to the Officer that he did remember being told not to come back to the residence on November 24, 2022.

The homeowner stated that his daughter had called him and was afraid of Farr because he had shown back up on the front porch.

According to court documents, Farr was charged with a felony for harassment.

Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

An arraignment was held on Thursday, December 1, 2022. A counsel status hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Pettis County Circuit Court
