A Raytown man was charged with two felonies after a traffic stop in Lafayette County on November 17, 2022.

According to a probable cause statement, a Missouri State Highway Patrol Officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle driven by Keishaun Oliver.

During a records check, The Officer was advised the vehicle was stolen in July 2022 and that Oliver’s driving status was suspended. The records check also stated the vehicle registration was reported stolen.

According to court documents, Oliver was charged with a felony for tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing. Oliver was also charged with misdemeanors for endangering the welfare of a child and driving while suspended.

Oliver posted $50,000 surety bond on November, 22, 2022.

An arraignment was held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. A counsel status hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
