The month of December 2022 recorded very cold temperatures according to the Marshall Station of the National Weather Service.

The lowest temperature recorded was -14 degrees on December 23. Sub-zero low temperatures were recorded from December 23 through December 26. The highest recorded temperature of 70 degrees was recorded on December 30.

Rainfall amount for the month was 1.26 inches with 0.52 inches occurring on December 13 and 0.62 inches occurring on December 14. One-half inch of snow fell on December 23.

The average high was 39 degrees with the average low 19.2 degrees.
