The Missouri Public Service Commission has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in water and sewer rate cases filed by Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc.

Applications to intervene and participate in the cases must be filed no later than January 26, 2023, with the Missouri Public Service Commission at P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System at www.psc.mo.gov .

Individual citizens wishing to comment should contact the Office of the Public Counsel at 866-922-2959 or the Public Commission Staff at 800-392-4211. The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the general public in matters before the Commission.

Confluence Rivers filed the water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Commission on December 21, 2022. Confluence Rivers seeks an to increase annual water revenues by approximately $1.3 million and annual sewer revenues by $1.9 million.

The Public Service Commission has scheduled formal evidentiary hearings in the cases from July 31, 2023 through August 11, 2023. The hearings will be held in the Governor Office Building, Room 310 at 200 Madison Street in Jefferson City. The hearings will also be streamed live on the Commission’s website at www.psc.mo.gov.
