The Sacred Heart Speech Team competed in the Kaysinger Conference Tournament, which was held at State Fair Community College on February 1. Several Sacred Heart competitors placed well in their categories.

-Mariah Vanleer placed 2nd in Humorous Interpretation,
-Sophie Anderson placed 2nd in Storytelling,
-Sophie Anderson and Mariah Vanleer placed 2nd in Duo Interpretation,
-Anthony Sierra placed 3rd in Dramatic Interpretation, and
-Lexi Owens, Sarah Hill, Laysha Lopez, Mary Butner, and Bailee Vogel contributed to team points.

Sophie Anderson also received All-Conference Honors.
