A New Franklin woman has been charged with a drug-related felony after authorities responded to a call in Howard County on February 4, 2023.

According to a probably cause statement, authorities from the Howard County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence in New Franklin, where authorities located Tiffany Hendrix, who reportedly had an active warrant out of Cooper County.

Authorities arrested Hendrix and observed a smoking pipe that contained methamphetamine in Hendrix’s possession.

Court documents say Hendrix is charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash only.

Hendrix was arraigned on February 14. She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Howard County Circuit Court.
