The Concordia Board of Aldermen authorized expenditures for sewer repairs during its meeting on Tuesday, February 21.

The expenditures were for the sewer backup on 1107 South Main Street. City Administrator Dale Klussman said the board approved the expenditures in the amount of $12,700.

In other news from the meeting, the board authorized a request from the Boy Scouts of America to hold an archery class at the Boy Scout Cabin in Concordia on March 17, 18, and 19. There is normally an ordinance that prevents anyone from shooting projectiles in city limits, but the board approved the request.
