
The Missouri Tigers defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 79-71 in the quarterfinals of the Southeastern Conference Tournament.
Missouri was down by three at the half, but outscored Tennessee 49-38 in the second half for the victory. The Tigers were lead by D’Moi Hodge with 26 points, followed by Kobe Brown with 24. DeAndre Gholston also chipped in with 10.
With the win, the Tigers advance to the semifinals, where they’ll face the number one seeded Alabama Crimson Tide at noon on Saturday, March 11. KMMO will have that broadcast on FM 102.9.
