The Pettis County Sheriff’s Office arrested three subjects related to burglaries and thefts at construction sites in and near the 22000 block of Sacajawea Road.

The victims reportedly suffered significant property damage and loss of various items to include copper piping, electrical wires, and various other items.

Information on the three suspects was provided to the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies made contact with two of three suspects in Sedalia, where they were actively sorting through a trailer filled with copper pipes, electrical wires, and various other property that are believed to be stolen.

The pursuing contractor employees, as well as the contractor, positively identified some of the property as originating from their job sites. 41-year-old Guy Fehr, 32-year-old Wesley Franken, and 39-year-old Nichole Paxton where arrested after.

This investigation is continuing, but as of today, evidence clearing 5 other county burglaries and 1 burglary reported to the Sedalia Police Department has been collected.

Each suspect has been charged with stealing.
