Ave Maria Agee, 60, of Marshall, MO, died Monday, March 6, 2023, at her home.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2023, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with Rev. Lawrence J. Butler officiating. There will be no visitation.

Born January 3, 1963, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Tate Baker and Eva Lucille Nichols Workcuff. On June 12, 1981, she married Richard Agee, who survives of Brunswick, MO, and they later divorced. She lived in Marshall most of her life and attended Marshall High School. She worked at Marshall Habilitation Center on the direct care staff.

Survivors include nine siblings: Clarvonnah Workcuff of Marshall, Chico Johnson of Columbia, MO, Carmen Johnson of Kansas City, MO, Virginia Baker and James Baker, Curtis Workcuff of Marshall, Winky Baker and Andre Baker, and Carlos Newbill of Sedalia, MO; two uncles, Charles  McKenzie and Damahl Baker both of Marshall; numerous nieces and nephews; a host of other family members and friends including  close friend, Bill Todd of Marshall and lifelong friend, Aaron Wright of Marshall.

Ave was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Clarence Workcuff.
