
A Marshall man has been charged with a felony after authorities investigated a reported domestic assault on March 11.
According to the Marshall Police Department, officers were dispatched after the incident was reported on a 911 call. The caller stated that Rolando Aguirre-Flores was allegedly choking and assaulting a woman at the residence.
Officers arrived at the residence and made contact with Aguirre- Flores and the victim. The victim stated that Aguirre-Flores made verbal threats before he began choking her. The victim advised police that Aguirre-Flores had been assaulting the victim and others in the residence physically, mentally, and verbally for years.
Court documents say Aguirre-Flores is charged with a felony for domestic assault in the second degree. Bond has been set at $15,000 cash only.
No court date has been set at this time.
