The Central Missouri Board of Realtors was awarded a $3,000 grant from the National Association of Realtors Smart Growth Program to support activities and expand smart growth development. The grant was used to host a Smart Growth for the 21st Century Program for all the Realtors, Marshall City Council members, Marshall-Saline Development Corporation Board, Saline County Commissioners and school board members at the Malcolm Center on the Missouri Valley College Campus on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
Association Executive Michelle Pointer gave details on the program.
Pointer stated that the grant will also help raise awareness in Marshall and Saline County to encourage development in the area.
