The Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Public Works discussed a project to replace sewer main during its meeting on Thursday, March 16.

The board discussed replacing the sewer main in the alley between Arrow Street and North Street, west of Lyon Avenue. Underground Facilities Director Grant Piper described the details of the project.

The estimated cost for the project is $75,000 using in-house labor and equipment. The project would not start until late Summer or early Fall.

The board approved the recommendation.
