
A Sedalia man has been arrested after authorities served a drug-related search warrant on Monday, March 20.
According to the Sedalia Police Department, the Crime Resolution Unit, Criminal Investigations Bureau, and the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department responded to a Budget Inn in Sedalia to serve a drug-related search warrant.
Upon arrival, entry was made and two adult subjects were taken into custody. A search of the room was conducted and a substantial amount of methamphetamine was located.
Authorities arrested 33-year-old Timothy LeMaire after the search. Formal charges are being requested.
The charges being requested are trafficking drugs in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and parole absconder.
