Numerous Knob Noster High School FCCLA members competed in STAR events at the FCCLA State Conference recently. Some members received Gold and will be moving on to compete at Nationals this summer.

The following students placed at the conference:

-Sydney Burden received Gold and was the State winner in her STAR event category Job Interview. She will be moving on to compete at Nationals this summer.

-Jenna Buzzanga, Kenzie Luber, and Zoey Schroeder received Gold and second place at state in their STAR event category Food Innovations. They will also be moving on to compete at Nationals this summer.

-Kaylee Needham and Makenze Hodson earned Silver in their STAR event category Focus on Children.

-Alayna Phillips and Caydence Whelan received Silver in their STAR event category Sports Nutrition.

The FCCLA National Leadership Conference is scheduled for July 2-6 in Denver, Colorado.
