The Marshall Board of Education discussed the food service contract and meal prices for the coming year during its meeting on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

The district currently uses Opaa Food Management for the service. The board also discussed meal prices for the coming year effective July, 1, 2023.

Board President Bryon Jacques gave details on both action items on the agenda.

The board approved the Opaa contract for the coming year. The board also approved the increase in meal prices by ten cents. Prices for the 2023-2024 year will be $2.45 at the high school, $2.40 at the middle school and $2.35 at the elementary schools. Breakfast prices will remain the same at $1.15.
