The Odessa Board of Aldermen approved the 2023-2024 budget during its meeting on Monday, March 27, 2023.

City Administrator Shawna Davis gave an update on a few of the items in the budget involving utilities rates.

Davis also stated the budget includes $348,000 for street work and a five percent salary increase for city personnel with no increase in health or dental insurance. The total budget for the year is $16.6 million.
