The Carrollton Town Council approved a contract for street milling and overlay work during its meeting on Monday, April 3, 2023.

City Administrative Assistant Terry Bell stated the work will be done by Emery Sapp and Sons from Columbia with a total budget of $280,000

In other news from the meeting, the council approved the sale of a city owned 1997 Ford F-350 service truck that is not in running order for $850.
