A Marshall man was moderately injured in an accident involving a parked vehicle in Saline County on Monday, April 10, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when an occupant of a vehicle, identified as 25-year-old Alex Garner, had his left leg placed outside of the vehicle as it struck a parked vehicle. Garner’s leg was pinned between the doors of the vehicles.

Garner was transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital by Saline County EMS with moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 3:30 p.m. at 18428 130th Road in Saline County.
