The Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Public Works approved an inflow and infiltration improvements plan for the city sewer during its meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

Underground Facilities Manager Grant Piper gave the board an explanation of the program to be done by Burns and McDonnell Engineering Services.

The total cost of the testing will be $100,500. Work is scheduled to start in late summer 2023.
