A Holden male juvenile was moderately injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Johnson County on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle was completing a turn onto the highway. The vehicle driven by the 17-year-old juvenile overtook a second vehicle and struck the towed unit of the vehicle completing the turn onto the highway. The second vehicle struck the juvenile’s vehicle and overturned.

The juvenile was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 10:50 a.m. on Highway 50 in Johnson County.
